We review room use, floor materials, glass, current condition, access, and your preferred service hours. Your proposal identifies the areas included, visit frequency, periodic services, and pricing before work begins.
Work around your operation.
Discuss daytime, evening, overnight, or weekend service windows. Drying time, guest or customer activity, and access arrangements are incorporated into the cleaning plan.

Routine janitorial work can be combined with scheduled floor polishing, window cleaning, carpet extraction, and deep cleaning. One point of contact helps coordinate the program.
